## Terms and Conditions

When applying for a partnership with SWAT RolePlay, the requesting server must acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions:

### Policy 1 - Discord Server

> The requesting server must maintain a valid and active invitation to their Discord server at all times. The Discord server must have a minimum of 1000 members.

### Policy 2 - Guidelines

> The requesting server must adhere to all guidelines and policies of Police Roleplay Community (PRC) and Discord.

### Policy 3 - History

> The requesting server must not have a bad history (i.e. raiding) or be linked with any blacklisted servers.

### Policy 4 - Communication

> Both parties must have open communication before and during the partnership. Failure to provide proper information may result in a termination of the partnership.
